About

Andrew is a new arrival to the Seattle region employed with JLL as a project manager overseeing corporate tenant improvement construction developments.  Most recently, I served as a Project Manager at Grinder, Taber & Grinder which is Memphis’ premier general contractor.  I saw through many redevelopment projects around the city from preliminary drawings to the final punch list including warehouses, medical offices, corporate headquarters, and banks.  With strong skills in project management and aptitude in client relations, I was quickly tasked with the FedEx and Hilton Worldwide corporate construction accounts. I am also a graduate of Rhodes College where I focused by Urban Studies degree on the redevelopment and preservation of blighted, brownfield buildings.  Much of my efforts examined the political, economic, and social impacts of formerly industrial structures in mid-sized American cities.  Using skills in GIS mapping I have explored the economic impacts of vacant brownfield buildings in downtown Memphis, Tennessee.  I have also utilized several internships to further my knowledge in community engagement, events management, and policy development.  On the side I  run half-marathons and enjoy working on public relations endeavors and event planning for community groups.
